Papa's Wallstreet Click the picture for a larger version.
Papa's Wallstreet was purchased from Tillman Llamas five years ago when it appeared that most of the crias being produced were bays. A frantic call to Andy and Cheryl yielded a videotape of available young males, with their recommendation being Wallstreet. He had won the Western Juvenile Heavy Wool Championship, so comformation was a no brainer. The other characteristics he provided the herd were size (six feet tall), color (a tri-colored red head), personality (quiet as a mouse), and fleece (high in color and luster, devoid of guard hair). What we did not know at the time but has proven to be true is that he provides these characteristics to his progeny. His crias are unbelievable and have put Downey Ridge on the map. Many llama folks who don't know who Donna, John, or Downey Ridge are, do know Papa's Wallstreet because they have seen his progeny do so well on the show circuit.
